Is Zoom the future of fraternity?
It remains to be seen, but one thing is for sure, Zoom type platform has changed the game. There is nothing that can replace getting gripped by an "old head" and told "good job, brother I am proud of you", but we would be naive to think that some committee meetings or even chapter meeting will adopt a hybrid of both in-person and/or video conference so that business can be more inclusive. We all have heard "what are excuses?" The excuse of distance has been removed from meetings. You no longer are able to not have working hands...no longer just belong.
