Brother Qualls served the citizens of Pasadena for many years as a police officer and retired as an Assistant Chief. Now he brings that experience, community relationships, and professionalism to Kappa via Pasadena Alumni. It goes without saying, but it's said anyway... Brother Qualls is an asset to our chapter.
